Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order you place with Qureshi & Co. (“we”, “us”) through thequreshico.ca. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Our products
We sell gift boxes and individual products made from Canadian maple, sourced from an established Quebec maple maker. Photos are for illustration, and packaging, labels and box contents may vary slightly. If an item is unavailable we may substitute an item of similar value or refund you.
Allergens and ingredients. Some products contain milk, soy or wheat, and others are made in facilities that handle allergens. Always read the product label. If you have an allergy, contact us before you order.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Canadian dollars.
- The price you see at checkout, including any shipping and card processing fee, is the price you pay. Promotional or early-bird prices may be available for a limited time.
- Interac e-Transfer: send the total shown on your invoice, with your order number in the message. We hold an unpaid order for 24 hours, after which we may release it.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. A card processing fee, shown at checkout before you pay, is added to card orders.
- An order is confirmed once we receive your payment.
Pickup, delivery and shipping
- Pickup is in Hamilton, Ontario, from the date shown at checkout. We email the address and pickup times.
- GTA delivery is available on orders of $75 or more, as shown at checkout.
- Shipping within Canada is by Canada Post. The shipping price is calculated from your postal code and shown before you pay. Delivery times are Canada Post estimates, not guarantees. We email a tracking number when your order ships.
- We do not ship outside Canada through the website. If you would like an international order, contact us to arrange a special order.
- Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
Travelling with your order
Some of our boxes are designed to be carry-on friendly, but airline, airport and border rules (including limits on liquids) change and differ between countries. You are responsible for checking the rules for your journey. Our descriptions are general guidance, not a guarantee that a product will be accepted.

Limits of our responsibility
We will take reasonable care in preparing and delivering your order. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Website use
Please do not misuse the website, including trying to interfere with it, submit false orders or access it in ways we have not provided. All content, including text, images and branding, belongs to Qureshi & Co. or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
